We accommodate foreign delegates at conferences, seminars and other events.
The province co-ordinator sources the documents and literature covering the topics presented during the event through the co-ordinator.  This is done at least 1 week prior to the event ensuring that all the interpreters are familiar with the context of the presentations.
The province co-ordinator organizes the interpreters’ air tickets, transport and accommodation. 
T&I will link you up with companies specialized in conference organizing, audio-visuals/computer presentations, staging and interpreting equipment.
T&I provide a Code of Practice ensuring that all contracting parties work according to AIIC and SATI's code of ethics and monitor the consistent application of the dispositions formulated in the above-mentioned code.

In South Africa, Northern and Southern Africa.

T&I's co-ordinators manage teams of interpreters not only in Africa but anywhere in the world using qualified interpreters based in the province or country where the event is held.
